What is BTS Membership?
BTS Membership is a verified fan-access program for the people who have always wanted a closer connection to the seven artists. It is operated by the management team and built around three ideas: verified membership, exclusive benefits, and closer communication.
The management team securely runs every part of the membership, from verification to access. What makes it different is the connection itself: when a member sends a message to an artist, that message is end to end between them. Management facilitates the channel but does not sit inside the conversation.

Every verified member receives an Electronic Identification Card. It is the symbol of your membership and the key that proves you are an official, verified member when accessing eligible benefits. The card shows no sensitive personal information, and it carries up to 30% eligible ticket discount along with access to member-only opportunities, meet-and-greet and VIP eligibility, and backstage eligibility when offered.
Pro members can use the private communication channel to send messages intended for the artists. The management team securely operates the platform, but the message itself is end to end between you and the artist it is sent to. No one on the management side reads it in transit. A reply is guaranteed, but it will not be constant or committed. Please respect the artists and their time. Every message gets a personal reply, typically within 2–10 days, at the artist's pace.
Members receive official newsletters, updates and announcements directly from the management team. These are the clearest way to hear about upcoming experiences, member-only opportunities, and what BTS is sharing with the inner circle.
Members are eligible for ticket discounts and priority access when available. Your Electronic ID is what establishes eligibility, so holding a verified membership is what opens these opportunities. Availability depends on each event and official management terms.
When meet-and-greet opportunities are offered, verified members are eligible to take part. These are personal, in-person moments with the artists, arranged and verified by the management team. They are offered from time to time rather than on a fixed schedule.
Members gain access to VIP ticket opportunities at selected events. VIP status is arranged through the management team and is subject to event availability. It is one of the ways the inner circle gets closer to the live experience.
Backstage access may be available to eligible members at selected concerts and tours, when management makes the opportunity available. For more information, contact management.
A verified member may invite up to three guests to share eligible experiences. Guests do not need full membership, but management retains the right to verify a guest's identity before granting access. This keeps the privilege personal and controlled.
